Tonight — Wednesday, March 24th — we are having a Lodge meeting starting at 7:00pm. We have several new great Elks scheduled to initiate. All Elk members are welcome — and encouraged —to attend tonight’s Lodge meeting and installation ceremonies. The bar opens around 5:30pm — snacks will be available at 6:00pm and the Lodge meeting starts at 7:00pm.
Your monthly schedule in the March Elkherd shows that “Installation of Officers” is scheduled for tonight. Actually, the installation was switched to last Saturday night — March 20th — and in case you missed it — last Saturday night was a truly gala evening at our Lodge.
We are having a Friday Night Dinner at The Lodge on this Friday night — March 26th. Our visiting chef is our new ER — Diane Allen. Her menu features pulled pork, salad, veggies and a dessert. Our Friday night dinners are served from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
Our bar — on Fridays — opens at around 5:00pm.
On Saturday mornings our bar opens at 10:30am. We serve hamburgers from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Ric Brown & Christina Ginder are our visiting chefs this Saturday.
We have a dinner planned on this Saturday night— March 27th– honoring the recipients of the scholarships from our Elks Lodge. All 26 recipients of this year’s winners of the Most Valuable Student Scholarships — and their parents —have been invited to be our guests at this dinner on Saturday night. We encourage all Elks to also attend this dinner on Saturday night. Please call the office for reservations. Bob Whittaker is in charge of the evening. His menu features spaghetti.
Our bar will open at 5:00pm on Saturday evening and dinner will be served at 6:00pm.
