The menu for our dinner tonight — a/k/a “Friday Night Dinner at The Lodge” — features pulled pork — and also “Grandma Bennetts’ beans”, veggies and a dessert —
all for $12. There will also be a birthday cake as we help celebrate Eva’s birthday. Bar opens around 4:30 and dinner is served from 5:30pm until 7:00pm. Dianne Allen —our incoming ER —will be our chef.
Hamburgers as usual Saturday morning (March 27th) — bar open at 10:30am and burgers served from 11:00am until 1:00pm.
Face masks are require upon entry into our Lodge — and social distancing is observed.
We have another gala evening planned for tomorrow night. Our Lodge is awarding twenty-six (26) scholarship awards of $300 each to certain seniors from local high schools.
Those students and their parents have been invited to attend the dinner tomorrow night as our honored guests
All Elks are also invited — and encouraged — to attend the dinner. The menu for Saturday night features spaghetti, veggie, salad and a dessert.
Our chef for the evening is Bob Whittaker.
On Saturday our bar will open at 5:00pm — and dinner will be served at 6:00pm. Business casual dress code is requested. The cost is $15 per person.
One of the reasons we decided to award these 26 scholarships — from our Ford fund — to local high school students was to also help promote our Elks Lodge among the community. We request that as many of our members as possible also attend the event to help meet and greet our guests. Please call the Elks office for reservations.
