Elks Care - Elks Share in Southern California

We have a very special evening planned for this coming Friday night — December 17th. Our chefs will be  Bill Wiscovitch, PER 
and Terry Hache, PER. Our menu will feature salmon — with a very special Bourbon Street sauce — Louisiana style. (Does that sound good or what?).  For those who do not care for fish, we will have chicken thighs with Bourbon Street sauce.

The salmon will be served on a bed of Jasmine rice, with a fresh vegetable, raspberry vinaigrette salad with feta and almonds, and bread pudding with berry or whiskey sauce, something for everyone.

To make the dinner even more appealing —the meal will start with clam chowder — homemade clam chowder!    

AND to make it more festive — we expect Santa Claus to make an appearance — children are specifically invited.  We will have a child’s menu: chicken fingers and fries.  (Must be 12 or under)

Sonny will also be here for our listening and dancing pleasure.  Dinner will be $15 and a child’s dinner $8.  

Reservations are required — please call the lodge office no later than Thursday afternoon — walk-ins will be accommodated if possible.
