Wednesday — May 25th — There will be a Lodge meeting starting at 7:00pm —new members are scheduled to be initiated. Chicken enchiladas, with rice, beans and a salad will be served prior to the meeting — with Jim Bennetts as our chef in charge. All Elk members are encouraged to attend this important Lodge meeting.
Thursday — May 26th — Our chef ”Huggie” has prepared a menu of homemade Texas chili (no beans) over cornbread with elote ( a corn casserole) and a dessert for $8.
There will be a lighter meal of Cobb salad ( which includes ham, cheese, eggs, etc) as a menu selection also.
Friday — May 27th — This will be a “cook your own steak” night. We will have the BBQ fired up and someone standing by to help cook if you wish.
(Your own entree could be fish, chicken or any other type of meat.) There will be BBQ chicken available for those who do not wish to bring their own entree.
Our Friday night menu will also include a “ loaded” baked potato bar, salad and a dessert. The cost will be $7 if you bring your own entree or a cost of $12 if the Lodge furnishes the meat. Our ER — Diane Allen — is in charge.
Saturday — May 28th — Lodge opens at 10:00am. Burgers served from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Cost of burgers — with fries or chips — is $7.
The Lodge has a rental Saturday night — another young lady celebrating her birthday.
Sunday — May 29th —Lodge closed
Monday — May 30th — Lodge closed for Memorial Day.
